Terms of service.
StockRoute is tooling, not advice. Trading Indian equities carries real risk — everything you do with this software is your responsibility.
1. The service
StockRoute provides software for discovering and executing equity arbitrage and trading across supported Indian brokers. We do not custody funds — your broker does.
2. No financial advice
Nothing in the product, this site, or our communications constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Strategy configurations, default parameters, and any returns shown in marketing material are illustrative only. Past performance never predicts future results.
3. SEBI compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with SEBI ALGO guidelines, broker-imposed limits, and any other regulatory requirements. StockRoute provides SEBI-compliant audit trails as a feature; responsibility for usage compliance is yours.
4. Risk acknowledgement
Trading equities is volatile and can result in loss of capital. Arbitrage specifically carries risks including network delays, broker outages, API errors, slippage, circuit breakers, and price changes during execution. You accept these risks.
5. Your responsibilities
- Safeguard your broker API keys, TOTP, and login credentials.
- Comply with SEBI, your broker's terms, and applicable tax laws.
- Review every trade before approving large-ticket cross-broker flows.
- Keep the software up to date.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, StockRoute is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
